Sometimes I feel trapped and helpless.
Sometimes I feel trapped and helpless.
Meditation cuts through that feeling.
It is the antidote.
The cure.
Meditation taps me into the power that allows me to relax and receive all the gifts of the universe that are waiting to shower each of us.
Meditation allows me to feel deeply the gratitude and appreciation for each and every thing that has already come to me.
Meditation also reminds me that there is always energy which I can tap into and is waiting to support me, to guide me, to encourage me, and help me in any way I am ready to receive it.

Watch your emotions and take note of those emotions and conditions especially when you are feeling good
Care how you feel
You have to want to feel good and lean in the direction of the best feeling Thought that you can find
Milk the good thoughts
practice being in the vortex by appreciating
at the time you're feeling good appreciate anything that is around you
Daily bask in the enjoyment of something like when going to sleep the comfort of the bed or the soundness of the building you are in
